Payment must be made at the time of booking the appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Please contact us as soon as possible to let us know if you would like to cancel an appointment. Cancellation with less than 48hrs but more than 24hrs notice will be charged at half price.
Unfortunately, cancellations with less than 24hrs notice before the appointment or non-attended appointments without any prior notice are charged at the full price
Private Health Insurance
We advise that you check with your insurer before booking a session and ensure that you comply with their pre-authorisation policy. You will need to pay for the session and reclaim the cost subsequently from your insurer in all cases. Please note that our service is not currently covered by Bupa. If you are a Bupa member and wish to use our services, you will need to fund your treatment with us privately.
If repeat prescriptions are provided without a follow-up appointment, a £75 fee will be charged to cover the administration of the prescription. Again, this excludes the cost of the medication
Prescriptions and medication
Clinician may recommend further appointments, from £295 – £320. If we recommend medication, all administration fees will be included in the cost of your follow-up appointment but the cost of the medication itself will not be included.
If repeat prescriptions are provided without a follow-up appointment, a £75 fee will be charged to cover the administration of the prescription. Again, this excludes the cost of the medication.
